MOLD REMEDIATION

We inspect visible mold growth, affected materials, and surrounding moisture conditions. Moisture meters help define the affected area, while site photos document conditions and support a remediation scope.

We isolate work areas and protect surrounding finishes. Containment, controlled access, and HEPA filtered negative air equipment are used where required to help limit contamination spreading into unaffected spaces.

We carefully remove mold affected drywall, insulation, and other materials that cannot be effectively cleaned. Debris is contained before being carried through the property to limit the spread of dust and contamination.

Remaining suitable surfaces receive HEPA vacuuming and detailed cleaning to physically remove mold contamination. Cleaning methods are selected according to the material, accessibility, and extent of the affected area.

Where materials remain damp, we use controlled drying and moisture monitoring. We identify conditions requiring correction, such as leaks or condensation, and coordinate recommendations with owners, managers, or the appropriate trades.

We review accessible remediated surfaces for visible growth, dust, debris, and moisture concerns. Completed work is documented, and independent post-remediation verification is coordinated where specified before containment removal and repairs.
